上海舜華新能源系統有限公司由上海燃料電池汽車動力系統有限公司和上海航天能源有限公司為主要股東投資建立的從事新能源技術研發和推廣的專業公司。
公司的主營業務是氫加註儲運技術諮詢、加氫站設計與工程技術服務、氫氣銷售，節能減排技術、及相關動力裝置的研發和系統集成。
公司現擁有博士3名、高級工程技術人員7名。公司擁有供氫系統製造及試驗車間和高壓閥件裝配測試潔淨車間各一個。公司還負責經營上海唯一的加氫站——安亭加氫站。
以氫氣製備、提純、儲運、加註及其安全管理技術為特長，特別是在加氫站的設計和建造技術上處於國內領先地位。依托公司股東的資源，分佈式能源技術和市場已成為公司又一個業務重點，公司以熱電聯產技術和市場為切入點，在市場上取得重大的影響，並成為分佈式能源系統集成商及整體節能減排方案提供者。
Brief introduction of Shanghai Sunwise Engery System Co., Ltd
Shanghai Sunwise Energy System Co., Ltd（SWE）has been jointly invested by Shanghai Fuel Cell Powertrain System Co., Ltd and Shanghai Aerospace Energy Co., Ltd as the major shareholders, and has been engaged in R&D and Promotion of new energy technologies .
SWE's main activities include hydrogen technical advisory, hydrogen refueling station design and engineering services, hydrogen sales, energy-saving emission reduction technology and related equipment R&D and system integration.
Now SWE have three Ph.D. and seven senior technical engineers. The company has two workshop, separately Hydrogen System Manufacture & Test workshop and High-Pressure Valve Assembly & Testing Clean Workshop. SWE is also responsible for operating the An-ting Hydrogen Refueling Station, which is the first one in
SWE is expert in hydrogen preparation, purification, storage and transportation, particularly has domestic leading position in the hydrogen refueling station design and construction.
Relying on the resources of the shareholders of the Company, SWE lists Distributed Energy Technologies as a new business focus. Taken Combined Heat and Power Technology and Market as the breakthrough point, SWE has made a significant impact in the market.
